- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining presentation standards
- Monitor table cleanliness and reset efficiently between guest rotations
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve guest inquiries with proactive problem-solving
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- 1+ years of experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Basic math skills for cash handling
