- Greet and welcome guests warmly, seating them promptly and courteously in accordance with our service standards.
- Take accurate and detailed food and beverage orders, answering any questions regarding the menu.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely and professional manner, ensuring presentation is impeccable.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and process payments efficiently.
- Anticipate guest needs and address any complaints or special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Clean and reset tables for the next service cycle to ensure a seamless flow.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (Vocational Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management is a plus).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar waitstaff or hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse guests.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift light trays or equipment.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in basic computer operations and POS systems.
