- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately, ensuring all special requests or dietary needs are noted.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our menu to provide informed recommendations to diners.
- Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process orders and handle payments accurately.
- Deliver high-quality table service, ensuring water, cutlery, and condiments are always refreshed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other servers to maintain a seamless workflow.
- Resolve minor customer complaints or inquiries with a professional and helpful attitude.
- Perform opening and closing side tasks, including cleaning and restocking, to keep the restaurant inviting.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure during busy shift hours.
- Demonstrated experience using POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Must be a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- High level of personal hygiene and professional presentation.
- Flexibility to work shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic English proficiency is highly preferred to serve our diverse range of guests.
