Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in the dining and lounge areas
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food presentation standards
- Manage table assignments and ensure optimal guest seating
- Process payments efficiently and handle cash transactions
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all service areas
- Upsell wellness menu items and promotional offerings
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15kg
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
