Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen team.
- Serve food and drinks to guests with a high standard of presentation and speed.
- Handle cash and digital payments accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and the dining area throughout the shift.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of the dining service, including polishing glassware and silverware.
- Engage with guests to answer questions and address any special requests or concerns.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage service, or waitressing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude towards teamwork.
