Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their visit.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the menu to provide accurate information and personalized recommendations to guests.
- Drive restaurant revenue through proactive upselling of signature dishes and beverages.
- Ensure accurate order taking and coordination with the kitchen staff to guarantee timely service.
- Manage table settings and ensure the dining area remains clean, organized, and inviting.
- Handle guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism, patience, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and maintain high standards of cash handling.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent hospitality certification.
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a customer-facing role within the F&B industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Indonesian; conversational English is a distinct advantage.
- Impeccable grooming and personal hygiene standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
