Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to ensure a smooth dining flow.
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of food and beverage items to assist guests in making informed choices.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages to guests with precision, adhering to proper service standards and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations throughout the shift.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately, process payments, and reconcile daily sales reports.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and address any guest concerns or special requests immediately.
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant environment is preferred, though enthusiastic candidates with a strong service mindset are encouraged to apply.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia are essential for interacting with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Professional appearance, grooming standards, and hygiene are mandatory.
