- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and provide detailed information about food and beverage options.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen to the customer tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to requests, and address any concerns professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table setting and side station maintenance.
- Process payments and handle cash or credit card transactions accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow servers to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Waitress or Server in a restaurant environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a professional appearance.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good proficiency in English is a major advantage for guest interaction.
- Highly organized, energetic, and a team player.
