Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet customers upon arrival and guide them to their tables.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on food and beverage items, and offer recommendations.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure they are delivered promptly to the kitchen/bar.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area throughout the shift.
- Process payments using the POS system and handle cash or digital transactions with accuracy.
- Address guest concerns or feedback immediately to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum education equivalent to High School Diploma (SMA/SMK).
- Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, or hotel environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and move efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a professional attitude toward work.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
