Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and greet guests with a warm, professional, and hospitable attitude upon arrival.
- Present menus, provide detailed information on ingredients, and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and process them efficiently through our POS system.
- Ensure timely delivery of orders from the kitchen and bar to the guest's table, maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, address concerns promptly, and proactively fulfill any special requests.
- Manage table maintenance, including clearing empty dishes, replenishing beverages, and ensuring the dining area remains clean and organized.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure fluid communication and service flow.
- Process customer payments accurately and handle cash/credit transactions in accordance with company policy.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer-facing role in a restaurant or hotel.
- Fluent in Indonesian; proficiency in English is strongly desired to cater to our international clientele.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
