- Take accurate orders and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle guest feedback with professionalism and care.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operational flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a similar customer-facing hospitality role.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Proficiency in basic English; ability to speak other languages is a significant advantage.
