Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional, personalized service to guests while maintaining professional restaurant etiquette.
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of our menu, including wine pairings and specialty eco-conscious ingredients.
- Efficiently manage table settings and ensure all areas meet luxury hygiene and aesthetic standards.
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback with grace and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining environment throughout the shift.
- Participate in daily team briefings to stay updated on daily specials and VIP guest arrivals.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waitress or Server in a 4-star or 5-star hotel, resort, or luxury restaurant.
- Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English; additional languages are a plus.
- A warm, welcoming, and professional demeanor with a strong commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and sophisticated service environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety, sanitation regulations, and upscale dining service standards.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
