As the face of our establishment, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our local and international guests, ensuring every visitor has a memorable dining experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the smooth operation of the dining area, assisting with menu recommendations, and ensuring that our guests feel welcomed from the moment they walk through our doors. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables promptly.
- Present menus, explain daily specials, and offer informed food and beverage recommendations.
- Accurately record guest orders and ensure they are delivered to the kitchen or bar without delay.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness in the dining area and ensure tables are properly set.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Process payments using POS systems accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent in Hospitality/Tourism.
- Proven experience as a Waitress, Server, or in a front-of-house hospitality role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact politely with diverse guests.
- Basic command of the English language is a significant advantage.
- Energetic, well-groomed, and possess a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive team player with a strong sense of responsibility.
