- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage table seating arrangements efficiently.
- Present menus and describe daily specials and ingredients with enthusiasm.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring proper timing and presentation standards.
- Check on guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any special requests or concerns.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash or digital transactions with care.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a hospitality or restaurant setting is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact confidently with guests.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays.
