Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, presenting menus, and taking food and beverage orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established standards and procedures
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of dining areas, tables, and service stations
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance customer experience and increase revenue
- Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Positive attitude and passion for providing excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic proficiency in English language (additional languages are a plus)
