Join the prestigious Ku De Ta Restaurant in the vibrant heart of Seminyak, Bali. We are currently seeking dedicated and passionate Waitresses and Waiters to join our dynamic front-of-house team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. You will work closely with Captains and Supervisors to ensure that every aspect of service is attentive, professional, and seamless. Whether it is a casual lunch or an elegant dinner, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Present menus and provide detailed, appetizing descriptions of our food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring proper presentation and timing.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, anticipating needs and addressing any inquiries.
- Clear tables efficiently and maintain a pristine, organized dining area.
- Process payments accurately using the POS system and handle cash transactions with care.
- Assist Captains and Supervisors with table management and special guest requests.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a fine dining or upscale restaurant environment.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining composure.
- Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and wine service.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift trays or serving equipment.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evening shifts as required.
- A positive attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality and guest service.
