As a key member of our service team, you will be the face of Black Sand Bali. We are looking for individuals who possess a 'can-do' attitude, maintain a professional appearance, and are eager to grow within the hospitality industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide friendly, efficient, and professional table service to all guests.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the food and beverage menu to provide accurate recommendations.
- Accurately take guest orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Upsell menu items, including daily specials and premium beverages.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and a resolution-oriented mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to ensure the venue is ready for daily operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with guests.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Professional, neat appearance and a commitment to personal grooming standards.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
