In this role, you will be the face of our restaurant. We specialize in high-quality Western cuisine, and we are looking for someone who understands the nuances of Western food service and can deliver service with a smile. Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Present menus, take food and beverage orders accurately, and provide recommendations when requested.
- Ensure deep knowledge of our Western-style menu to answer guest inquiries effectively.
- Maintain high standards of service, ensuring tables are cleaned and reset promptly according to restaurant protocols.
- Coordinate efficiently with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with grace and professionalism.
- Perform opening and closing side-work duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Waiter or Waitress in a restaurant or cafe setting.
- Strong familiarity with Western food culture, terminology, and service styles.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to remain calm and efficient during peak hours and high-pressure situations.
- A proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
- Well-groomed appearance and professional presentation.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
