Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen and bar staff
- Ensure tables are set up, clean, and well-maintained throughout the shift
- Present menus, explain food items, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely service and high-quality food presentation
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
