- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, seating, and attending to guests' needs
- Accurately take and process food and beverage orders using our POS system
- Deliver orders promptly while maintaining food presentation and temperature standards
- Ensure dining areas remain clean, organized, and well-stocked throughout shifts
- Process payments efficiently and accurately using cash and electronic systems
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Upsell menu items and promotional offers to enhance guest experience
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Basic English proficiency for international guests
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Positive attitude with genuine hospitality enthusiasm
