Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet customers, present menus, and assist with their selections, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
  • Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, cashier counter, and serving stations.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and tidying the restaurant.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.

Kualifikasi

  • High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related vocational training is a plus.
  • Previous experience (1+ years) in a customer service, waitstaff, or cashier role, preferably in an F&B setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
