- Warmly greet customers, present menus, and assist with their selections, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly.
- Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer payments accurately using the POS system, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, cashier counter, and serving stations.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setting up and tidying the restaurant.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service operations.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related vocational training is a plus.
- Previous experience (1+ years) in a customer service, waitstaff, or cashier role, preferably in an F&B setting.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS systems with accuracy and integrity.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as required.
