As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be the face of our brand, welcoming guests to our new Sanur location and ensuring every interaction reflects the high standards of Pulau Projects. Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the menu to provide informed recommendations and answer guest inquiries.
- Take orders accurately and communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Process payments and handle point-of-sale (POS) operations with precision.
- Proactively address guest concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waitress, or Server in a cafe or restaurant setting preferred.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills in Indonesian and conversational English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays.
- A proactive "can-do" attitude and a passion for hospitality excellence.
- High attention to detail and ability to follow food safety and hygiene guidelines.
