Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets within the assigned territory.
- Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare professionals (doctors) and pharmacy partners.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to demonstrate value and efficacy.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage inventory and supply chain coordination for assigned medical outlets.
- Prepare regular activity and progress reports for the regional management team.
- For Area Supervisors: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of medical representatives to ensure operational excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Marketing, or a related field (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Possess a valid Driver’s License (SIM C) and have access to a personal motorcycle.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a resilient, target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the JABODETABEK region.
- Prior experience in the pharmaceutical or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
