Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and deliver meals and beverages to patients in various wards according to dietary requirements and meal schedules.
- Assist with setting up food trays, ensuring correct portions and presentation.
- Collect used meal trays and utensils, ensuring proper disposal and cleaning procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the pantry and food preparation areas, including washing dishes and equipment.
- Monitor and replenish ward pantry supplies, such as beverages, snacks, and condiments.
- Interact courteously and professionally with patients, their families, and hospital staff.
- Adhere strictly to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
- Report any patient feedback regarding meals or dietary concerns to the nursing staff or supervisor.
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in food service, hospitality, or a healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Ability to read and understand basic dietary instructions.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and maintaining high hygiene standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to patient interaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
- Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods, walk frequently, and lift moderate weights.
