Tanggung Jawab
- Assist nursing staff with non-clinical patient care duties to ensure comfort and safety.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the ward environment.
- Manage inventory and replenish medical and non-medical supplies as required.
- Transport patients to and from diagnostic and treatment areas within the facility.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and answering ward inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of patient meals according to dietary guidelines.
- Ensure that all equipment in the ward is properly cleaned and accounted for.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a healthcare, hospitality, or customer service setting is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric mindset.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in computer usage for administrative documentation.
- Ability to perform physical duties including standing, walking, and light lifting.
- Effective communication skills in English and a second language to facilitate interaction with diverse patients.
