As a Warehouse Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our supply chain. You will be responsible for maintaining precise inventory records, managing shipping documentation, and facilitating communication between the production floor and the logistics department. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain precise and up-to-date inventory records for raw materials and finished plywood products.
- Prepare, verify, and process essential shipping documents, delivery orders, and gate passes.
- Perform daily data entry of stock movements into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Coordinate closely with lorry drivers, logistics providers, and internal production teams to schedule dispatches.
- Conduct weekly and monthly physical stock counts (stocktake) and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Assist the Warehouse Supervisor in maintaining organization, cleanliness, and safety standards within the storage facility.
- Handle general administrative duties including filing, answering inquiries, and managing warehouse correspondence.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least an SPM, STPM, Professional Certificate, or Diploma in Business Admin, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- At least 1 to 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel for data tracking.
- Strong numerical accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage).
- Capable of working independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Alor Setar, Kedah.
