Are you an organized professional with a passion for logistics and operational efficiency? We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Admin to join our team in Klang/Port Klang. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse operations, ensuring that the flow of goods is documented accurately and processes run smoothly.
As our Warehouse Admin, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between warehouse floor activities and administrative oversight. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing shipping documentation, and supporting the warehouse manager in day-to-day operational tasks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system.
- Coordinate with logistics and transport teams to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Prepare and process delivery orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Perform regular cycle counts and reconcile stock discrepancies promptly.
- Monitor warehouse workflows to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements for operational efficiency.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication regarding order status.
- Maintain health and safety documentation in accordance with warehouse compliance standards.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma holder in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic inventory software.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
- Good communication skills in Malay and English.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of standard warehouse safety and operational procedures.
