Red Nose is currently seeking a dedicated and organized Warehouse Admin to join our expanding team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. As a Warehouse Admin, you will act as the communication bridge between the warehouse floor and management. Your day-to-day tasks will involve monitoring stock levels, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate digital records. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily warehouse operations and inventory control.
- Process and verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date stock records in the management system.
- Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize storage and workflow.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and internal departments regarding delivery schedules.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse.
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing and data entry.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in warehouse administration or logistics.
- Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
