Tanggung Jawab
- Operate counterbalance/reach trucks and other MHE equipment to load, unload, and relocate goods safely and efficiently.
- Assist in receiving inbound shipments, verifying quantities against delivery orders, and inspecting for damages.
- Perform accurate put-away of stock into designated storage locations to maximize warehouse space.
- Conduct cycle counts and periodic stock reconciliation to ensure absolute inventory accuracy.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision according to pick lists and packing standards.
- Prepare outbound shipments by wrapping pallets, labeling parcels, and coordinating dispatch schedules.
- Maintain housekeeping standards in the warehouse, ensuring all equipment and work areas are clean and safe.
- Comply strictly with workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Forklift License (MHE / Toptruck / Reach Truck) is mandatory.
- At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems or software is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a 5-day work week.
- Class 3 driving license is a plus but not required.
