Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end inventory lifecycle including receiving, storage, and distribution of purchased materials
- Maintain and optimize inventory management database with real-time accuracy
- Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Implement FIFO/FEFO systems and quality control protocols
- Analyze inventory data to forecast demand and optimize stock levels
- Lead warehouse staff through training, scheduling, and performance management
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless material flow
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and warehouse security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years experience in warehouse and inventory management
- Proficiency in inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Leadership experience managing warehouse teams
- Knowledge of logistics principles and supply chain best practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Certification in inventory management (CSCP, CPIM) is a plus
