Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient stock flow and accuracy.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct regular stock audits, and minimize shrinkage.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize delivery routes and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with transport providers and external partners to ensure timely shipments.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse staff to foster a productive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP software).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
