- Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and distribution activities
- Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols and compliance standards
- Manage inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficient stock rotation
- Coordinate with logistics teams to optimize transportation and delivery schedules
- Train and mentor warehouse staff on operational procedures and best practices
- Conduct regular audits to identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
- Maintain accurate documentation of inventory transactions and warehouse activities
- Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to align inventory with demand forecasts
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse management or logistics supervision experience
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., ERP, WMS)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards and warehouse regulations
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Strong communication skills in both English and local dialects
