- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and inventory management
- Manage and lead the logistics team, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance
- Develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance operational productivity
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and industry regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and implement systems to maintain accuracy and prevent loss
- Coordinate with suppliers and transportation partners to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, inventory status, and logistics metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management
- Proven track record in leading and developing high-performing teams
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in logistics and warehouse operations
