Join Mandaue Foam Industries, Inc. as a Warehouse and Logistics Manager and lead our critical supply chain operations in Mandaue City. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities
- Develop and implement inventory control systems to maintain optimal stock levels and accuracy
- Manage logistics coordination including transportation scheduling, carrier relationships, and route optimization
- Lead warehouse staff through training, performance evaluation, and safety protocol enforcement
- Analyze operational metrics to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies across all logistics functions
- Coordinate with procurement, production, and sales departments for integrated supply chain management
- Manage warehouse technology systems including WMS and inventory tracking software
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse and logistics management with 2+ years in leadership
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control methodologies
- Proven track record in optimizing logistics operations and reducing operational costs
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to address complex operational challenges
- Certification in logistics or supply chain management (e.g., CSCP, CPIM) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive performance improvements
