Join Jungle House as a Warehouse and Purchasing Supervisor and take charge of our supply chain operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily warehouse operations, ensuring strict compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Manage inventory levels effectively, conducting regular stock counts and reconciling any discrepancies immediately.
- Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure accurate and timely procurement of raw materials and stock.
- Supervise, train, and motivate a team of warehouse personnel to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to negotiate terms, resolve logistics issues, and ensure delivery schedules are consistently met.
- Prepare and analyze inventory reports to support strategic decision-making and budget planning.
- Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within warehousing or purchasing.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory control procedures and stock management software.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a diverse team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
- Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
