Your day will involve verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders, labeling stock correctly, and ensuring proper storage conditions to prevent damage. You will also be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment to customers and internal departments efficiently. Beyond physical tasks, you will assist with periodic inventory counts, maintaining accurate records, and keeping the warehouse organized to facilitate quick and safe retrieval of materials. Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments to verify quantity, quality, and accuracy against packing lists.
- Pick, pack, and label products securely to ensure they are ready for dispatch.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and participate in regular stock counts.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Ensure the warehouse remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with stock rotation and the organization of storage areas to optimize workflow.
- Process returns and manage damaged goods according to company procedures.
Kualifikasi
- GCE N/O Levels or relevant certificate/diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 20kg) and standing for extended periods.
- Good attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn ERP/WMS systems.
- Valid Forklift Operator License is preferred.
