Morgan McKinley is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic logistics team in Toh Guan, West Region. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be responsible for receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and equipment. You will maintain precise stock records, conduct regular cycle counts, and collaborate with team members to optimize storage layouts. Key Aspects:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and ensure accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely (training provided if needed).
- Inspect incoming goods for quality and quantity adherence, reporting discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and coordinate with carriers for timely dispatch.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for dispatch
- Maintain organized inventory storage and conduct regular stock counts
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack) following safety protocols
- Process returns and manage reverse logistics with proper documentation
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets
- Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse floor
- Support the implementation of best practices for inventory control
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualifications
- At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Forklift license (advantageous but not mandatory – training available)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory system usage
- Ability to lift heavy items (up to 25kg) and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts if required
