Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the receiving and inspection of incoming goods to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and labeling of orders for shipment.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records and stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety regulations.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (certification preferred).
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily delivery and production targets.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and product details when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items (up to 20kg) on a regular basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management systems quickly.
- Strong attention to detail to minimize errors in order processing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid work pass (S Pass/EP) and willingness to work rotating shifts if required.
