Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and quality against purchase orders.
- Pick, pack, and label orders accurately for shipment to customers.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure proper inventory rotation (FIFO).
- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist in inventory reconciliation.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks to expedite shipping and receiving processes.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity targets.
- Adhere to all safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics role is highly desirable.
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for prolonged periods.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Forklift license or certification is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
