Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse locations using logical inventory management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for timely dispatch to clients.
- Perform regular stock counts and participate in periodic physical inventory audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (such as pallet jacks or trolleys) safely and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth workflow transitions.
- Update and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse transactions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Assistant, Warehouse Worker, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of basic inventory management principles and warehouse safety standards.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in basic numeracy and record-keeping.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work shifts as required by operational demand.
