Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and sorting of goods according to order requirements.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and compliant with workplace safety (WSH) standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and support stocktake exercises to maintain accurate records.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or scanners with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of shipments, ensuring packages are handled with care.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline workflow and improve operational efficiency.
- Report any discrepancies in stock levels or damaged goods to the supervisor immediately.
Kualifikasi
- Willingness to perform physical tasks and stand for extended periods during shift hours.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and standard operating practices.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
