Tanggung Jawab
- Receive, verify, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and labeling of goods for daily outbound shipments.
- Maintain high levels of inventory accuracy through regular stock counting and cycle audits.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) safely and efficiently.
- Organize and optimize warehouse storage areas to improve workflow efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) guidelines and housekeeping standards.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure prompt collection and delivery of stock.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certification or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and warehouse management software (WMS) is a plus.
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks and handle heavy lifting where required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict operational procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and available for full-time shift work if necessary.
