To support our expanding operations and ensure the highest efficiency in our supply chain, we are looking for a dedicated and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our team based in Gelang Patah, Johor.
This role is critical to maintaining the smooth flow of goods within our facility. As a Warehouse Assistant, you will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring that stock is accurately received, stored, and dispatched. You will work closely with the logistics team to maintain optimal inventory levels, prepare orders for delivery, and uphold the highest standards of safety and organization on the warehouse floor.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform accurate receiving, unloading, and inspection of incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Carry out systematic and organized stock handling, storage, and replenishment within the warehouse.
- Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare and pack customer orders according to specifications, ensuring correct labeling and documentation for timely dispatch.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with company safety standards and SOPs.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and responsibly.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of delivery vehicles to facilitate efficient turnaround times.
- Coordinate with the logistics and procurement teams to report on stock levels and flag any issues related to damaged or missing goods.
Kualifikasi
- At least SPM, STPM, or any relevant certificate/diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of working experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) or basic computer literacy (MS Office) is an added advantage.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20kg) safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for error-free order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a tight-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
- Willingness to work overtime when necessary to meet operational demands.
