Ideals Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and proactive Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team in the West Region. In this role, you will be the backbone of our warehouse functions, ensuring that inventory moves seamlessly from intake to dispatch.
You will play a critical role in maintaining high levels of operational efficiency by utilizing modern Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP software. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily warehouse operations, including picking, packing, and sorting of orders according to shipment schedules.
- Maintain precise inventory control by performing regular cycle counts and stock audits.
- Operate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP to record stock movements and update digital manifests.
- Prepare goods for dispatch, including labeling, shrink-wrapping, and palletizing shipments.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
- Report any stock discrepancies or damaged goods immediately to the floor supervisor.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of cargo as required by operational demand.
Kualifikasi
- At least a GCE 'N' or 'O' Level certificate or equivalent professional experience.
- Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or distribution environment is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and familiarity with SAP or WMS software is a strong plus.
- Strong physical stamina, with the ability to handle heavy lifting and stand for extended periods.
- Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety procedures and operational workflows.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-based setting.
- Willingness to work in the West Region and adapt to flexible shift schedules if necessary.
