Tanggung Jawab
- Receive and inspect incoming inventories, checking against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to customer requirements and shipping deadlines.
- Load and unload trucks using safe practices and equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Maintain accurate stock levels and assist in regular cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Organize warehouse space for efficient storage and easy retrieval.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and keep work areas clean and organized.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and resolve discrepancies.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not essential.
- Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory system entry.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts if required.
