Tanggung Jawab
- Accurately load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling and storage to prevent damage.
- Verify incoming and outgoing shipments against invoices and packing lists to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized inventory records, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies.
- Prepare and process necessary documentation for shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely and efficiently.
- Identify and report any incidents, damages, or safety hazards immediately to management.
- Ensure the warehouse area is kept clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Assist in the proper arrangement and retrieval of products, optimizing warehouse space.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a vocational degree in logistics or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and performing strenuous tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency for data entry and inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic warehouse safety procedures and practices.
