Tanggung Jawab
- Goods Reception & Inspection: Accurately receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and reconcile inventory discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
- Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, neat, and tidy work environment; arrange stock systematically for easy accessibility and optimal space utilization.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, hand trucks, and strapping tools.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with drivers and logistics partners for loading and unloading activities, ensuring seamless flow of goods.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to workplace safety guidelines and company policies to prevent accidents and losses.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a warehouse, storekeeping, or packing role.
- Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting heavy items comfortably.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detailed, neat, and tidy with a systematic approach to work.
- Language Proficiency: Able to communicate effectively in Basic English and Chinese to liaise with diverse team members and suppliers.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems (WMS) is an advantage.
- Personal Traits: Reliable, punctual, responsible, and able to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new processes, multi-task, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Safety Mindset: Strong awareness of workplace safety protocols and procedures.
