- Accurately pick and pack orders according to specifications and quality standards
- Manage inventory control processes, including cycle counts and reconciliation
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently, including forklifts and pallet jacks
- Utilize WMS/SAP systems to track inventory, process orders, and generate reports
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Assist with receiving, inspecting, and documenting incoming shipments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet operational targets
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional warehouse or logistics training preferred
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not required
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn WMS/SAP systems quickly
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift up to 25kg regularly
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
