As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your primary focus will be on accuracy, safety, and productivity. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will handle a variety of tasks that are central to our daily operations.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include receiving incoming shipments, verifying quantities against purchase orders, and inspecting goods for quality. You will be responsible for the systematic storage of products to optimize space utilization. On the outbound side, you will pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch with meticulous attention to detail. Operating warehouse equipment safely, maintaining accurate inventory records through cycle counting, and upholding strict health and safety standards are integral aspects of this role.
To be successful, you must be physically fit and comfortable with manual handling. Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is highly advantageous. A keen eye for detail, good communication skills, and a team-player mentality are essential. Possession of a valid forklift license (e.g., Reach Truck / Counterbalance) will give you a significant edge.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform inbound and outbound warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.
- Ensure accurate inventory management through systematic cycle counting and data entry into the warehouse management system (WMS).
- Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and reach trucks safely (valid license required).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documentation and coordination with internal logistics teams.
- Support the warehouse supervisor in daily operations and any ad-hoc projects assigned.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' / 'N' Level or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy loads consistently throughout the shift.
- Valid forklift license (e.g., Counterbalance, Reach Truck) is highly advantageous.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and WMS.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
