We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Assistant to join our operations team in the West Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our daily logistics operations, ensuring that inventory is managed efficiently and that goods are processed with the highest level of accuracy. You will work closely with our team to maintain optimal stock levels, support warehouse management systems, and contribute to a safe, organized work environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily picking and packing tasks accurately and efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Operate and navigate Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP software to update inventory records and track shipments.
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits to identify discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of goods from delivery vehicles using appropriate handling equipment.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe warehouse environment in strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Ensure all labeling and packaging meet quality standards before dispatch.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related industry is preferred.
- Familiarity with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to operate handheld scanners and inventory software.
- Physically fit and capable of standing for extended periods and lifting heavy loads safely.
- Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to changing priorities.
- Valid work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
